About vsvevg

Hello, I'm Abby Smith. I started this blog to write about the pursuit of a self-sustainable life in rural Mexico. Then my husband and I moved to Nicaragua, where we created a successful farm-to-table and in-house charcuterie program for a high-end beach resort. With mad butchery and cheese-making skills under my belt, I now return to my first love: writing, as a freelance food and travel writer.

  1. Abby – the link for this one is not working. Tried it via hotmail, WP and Facebook, but no go.

  2. It worked! Loved the poem- I wasn’t familiar with it. Being surrounded by snow and waiting for the second snowstorm of the week, some of those lines hit home. I’m in awe of how many poems you’re memorizing.

    • Oh Good! its a great one no? The memorizing is great. There is a point it becomes physical, the words just flow, no concentration needed. It’s an awesome feeling. I had no idea it would be this fun.
